Liz Frampton - Pre-Kindy Lead Educator

Qualifications:  Certificate 3 in Early Childhood, Certificate IV Teachers Assistant, Diploma of Early Childhood

Hi I’m Liz, I have been working in Early Years for 9 years, completing my Cert III, then Diploma, and recently my Cert IV Teachers Assistant course, with a focus on additional needs. I love being with children, and am constantly amazed at their thinking, capabilities and understanding of the world around them. I believe my role as an educator is to support and extend on each child’s interests, so they are confident in developing their own unique identities.

I see each child as capable of anything, as long as their environment and support network are strong, interesting, joyful and stimulating. Children have such busy, creative and intuitive minds, and I really enjoy being there to support them, and watch them grow.
